Rachel Gold is a teacher, actor, director, fight choreographer, and composer from Columbus, OH.
Rachel earned her BFA in acting from Baldwin Wallace University. Past teaching credits include Beck Center for the Arts, Dobama Theatre, Baldwin Wallace University, and the Regional Junior Thespian conference. Recent acting credits include Great Lakes Theater’s As You Like It (Rosalind U/S), Cleveland Shakespeare Festival's Measure for Measure (Lucio), Hamlet (Rosencrantz), KIDShakes’ Midsummer Night’s Dream (Puck), and Frantic Theatre Company’s world premiere of Ballad of Blank Meter (Emma). Past violence choreography credits include French Creek Theatre’s Misery, Chagrin Arts’ Romeo and Juliet, Baldwin Wallace’s Burial at Thebes and Julius Caesar. Past directing credits include Stop Kiss, the world premiere of Atropos, and several radio plays with Radio on the Lake. Rachel is thrilled to join the education program at Great Lakes Theater for her first season.
