Farah El-Ashram

Farah El-Ashram was born and raised in Lakewood, Ohio, and is a proud Palestinian Muslim woman.

She attended Cleveland State University, earning a Bachelor’s of Arts in political science and history, graduating magna cum laude, with Dean’s List honors for 6 semesters. Farah has been acting on stage and working backstage since she was 14 years old, and recently started acting in film.

Credits include: The Play That Goes Wrong, Cleveland Play House; Peter Pan: A Radio Adventure, Gates Mills Players; Romeo & Juliet, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Great Lakes Theater and The English Speaking Union; Where Wolves Roam (feature); The Day After Goodbye (short); Breaking Out (feature); and has appeared in multiple commercials.

Farah previously worked at a public library and in the education department at Playhouse Square. 10 years ago, she was actually a student in this program, which fostered her love of the classics.
