Esther M. Haberlen (Costume Director) is a team member with Great Lakes Theater since 2003. Her various roles have included Dresser, Wardrobe Supervisor, Assistant Shop Manager, Draper and Resident Designer for GLT’s Outreach Tour. As Costume Designer, her work was seen on the Hanna stage in Much Ado About Nothing (2013), Les Misèrables, The Fantasticks, Beehive: The Sixties Musical, Witness for the Prosecution and Sleuth.
Other local and regional credits include scores of productions for Cleveland Institute of Music, Dobama Theater, Cleveland Public Theater, Beck Center for the Arts, Cleveland Opera Theater, Willoughby Fine Arts, Chagrin Valley Performing Arts Academy, Baldwin Wallace Conservatory , and the Cleveland Playhouse/ CWRU MFA Acting Program. Esther is also Costume Director for Idaho Shakespeare Festival and Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival since 2011. Other production work at Pittsburgh Public Theater, Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera and Chautauqua Theater Company. Esther holds a BFA in Theater Production & Design from State University of New York –Fredonia and is a native of Syracuse, NY.

Great Lakes Theater Camp
Daily classes will be held at Brook Park Elementary School in a two-week session from Monday through Thursday, June 12-22, 2023. The program is designed for students of all levels of experience and ability.
