David Hansen

David Hansen (he/him) is a twenty-year veteran of the Great Lakes Theater School Residency Program.

David has performed in GLT outreach tours, including Chekhov’s On The Harmful Effects of Tobacco and as Arthur Miller in Seeing Red. David also wrote and performed in the outreach touring plays Sherlock Holmes Meets the Bully of Baker Street, On The Dark Side of Twilight, the Agatha Christie adaptations The Mysterious Affair at Styles and The Secret Adversary, and a prequel to Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing entitled Double Heart (The Courtship of Beatrice and Benedick).

David has performed his award-winning solo performance on stillbirth, I Hate This (a play without the baby) in Cleveland, Chicago, Minneapolis, New York City and on a tour of Great Britain.
