Jeremy completed his master’s course work in arts administration at The University of Akron while working two years for the university’s School of Dance, Theatre and Arts Administration as Manager of Media & Community Engagement (Graduate Assistant).
Jeremy earned his B.A. in communication arts from Malone University in 2007. A passionate theatre administrator and artist, he finds great value in cultivating and serving his community through the arts. Jeremy began his theatre career as Director of Summer Theatre Education for the Multi-County Juvenile Attention Center in Canton, OH, working seven years with at-risk youth to enhance performance and life skills.
Simultaneously, he co-launched an annual new play festival at North Canton Playhouse and served as the festival’s Producing Artistic Director, producing 60 new ten-minute and one-act plays by playwrights across the United States. In 2009, Jeremy became the Associate Artistic Director/Director of New Play Development at Players Guild Theatre, where he co-launched the theatre’s first new play development and education program, and led/assisted initiatives in public relations, development, and strategic planning.
Then in 2013, Jeremy moved to Lakewood and worked for Cleveland Public Theatre as a performer (Rusted Heart Broadcast, Water Ways and Earth Plays) and administrator/instructor for CPT’s award-winning Student Theatre Enrichment Program (STEP).
Additionally, he worked for Stagecrafters as a workshop director/instructor. He has directed thirty theatre productions throughout northeast Ohio and has ten years of experience teaching elementary students through senior learners – including youth with autism, college professors, professional actors, youth performers, at-risk teens, and even a magician.

Great Lakes Theater Camp
Daily classes will be held at Brook Park Elementary School in a two-week session from Monday through Thursday, June 12-22, 2023. The program is designed for students of all levels of experience and ability.
