Ordering group tickets is easy!
1.	Select a production and a performance date. Check the price for the performance.
2.	Call the Playhouse Square Center Group Sales Department at 216. 771.4444 (Dial "0" and ask for the Group Sales department.). Your tickets will be reserved immediately and a ticket agreement mailed. You can also use our online order form.
3.	A deposit is due two weeks from the agreement date. The balance is due two weeks prior to the performance. If tickets are ordered within two weeks of the performance, the total is due at the time the order is placed. Alternative payment arrangements may be made on a case-by-case basis through our group sales office.   Tickets are subject to availability.   Your payment(s) may be made by check, cash, or with a VISA, MC, AMEX, or DISC by phone through our group sales office.   Failure to comply with payment terms will result in the release of seats.   Groups may change their order without penalty until the final payment is made providing the order does not drop below the deposit amount or group minimum of 10.   If the group minimum is not met, your deposit will be applied toward the purchase of tickets at the single ticket price.   Tickets will be issued upon receipt of full payment.   Plays, players, directors and dates are subject to change.   All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Pre- and Post-Show Discussions
Many of our performances include a pre-show discussion with a theater expert in the Ohio Theatre lobby beginning one hour before curtain. Groups may also inquire about scheduling a private pre-show discussion with a member of our staff or a post-show question and answer with our cast members.

Receptions & Dinners
Lobby space at Playhouse Square is available for a pre- or post-show reception at an additional cost.
